Long Course 26.1km Total:

Distance: 21.1km + 5km

Race Start Time: 8am and 10:30am

Aid Stations: 5km, 15km

Porto Potty Locations: Start Line, 5km, 15km, Finish Line

Course Cut Off: 11:45m (21km: 2.5hrs, 5km: 1 hour 45 minutes)

Short Course 15km Total:

Distance: 10km + 5km

Race Start Time: 8:30am and 10:30am

Aid Stations: 5km, 15km

Porto Potty Locations: Start Line, 5km, 15km, Finish Line

Course Cut Off: 11:45am (10km: 2hrs, 5km: 1 hour 45 minutes)

Description:

In the long course and short course option you get to run your 21.1km or 10km combined with the 5km distance. Double the racing, double the fun!!

Once you finish your first run get ready to line up on the start line at 10:30am for the send off of the 5km run.

The Get Shit Done Run is a FLAT AND FAST COURSE (hello PB!). It stays on the Nose Creek Pathway starting and ending on the pathways beside Telus Spark.

Registration Fee Schedule (Long Course 26.1km):

Before December 31st = $95

January 1st - March 30th = $100

April 1st - April 25th = $110

*Registration after April 25th can be done at package pick up = $125

*we cannot guarantee socks for those who register after April 1st

Before December 31st = $75

January 1st - March 30th = $80

April 1st - April 25th = $90

*Registration after April 25th can be done at package pick up = $105

Transfer Policy:

BEFORE April 25th:

You may transfer your registration to another participant for FREE.

You may transfer down in category to the 2023 Get Shit Done 10km or 5km. Directly through your registration, or at our mandatory pre-race package pickup (see below for dates, times and location).

*Transfers AFTER April 25th will not be accepted

Refund Policy:

No refunds, medical comps or deferrals under any circumstances. Transfers accepted before April 25 (see above). Once we receive and accept your entry fee, you will not receive a refund for any reason and you will not be able to defer your entry to another year.

Package Pick Up:

This is a mandatory PRE RACE package pickup.

Please note, there will be NO package pick up on race day.

*You may have a friend or family member pickup your package.

We will not be providing bags so please bring a bag with you if you are picking up multiple race packages.
